Returns & refunds
Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Requests can be made on any day of the week. Contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return so we can give you return instructions.
Item condition
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for unused items in their original packaging. Request an exchange within the same 14-day window and contact us for instructions.
Return delivery
The customer pays the cost of returning the item. Contact us for return instructions before sending it back.
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 15% of the returned item's purchase price is deducted from an approved change-of-mind refund, where permitted by law. Return courier costs are separate. This fee does not apply where applicable consumer law requires a refund without a restocking charge, including qualifying statutory cooling-off returns.
Refunds
Inspection takes 2–5 business days after we receive the returned item. Once the return has been inspected and approved, the refund is issued on the soonest Friday. Inspection business days are Monday to Friday. The time for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or faulty goods
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us for help. The change-of-mind conditions above do not limit your applicable statutory rights.
